Which terminal, and where we meet you
Melbourne Airport has four terminals. Tell us your flight number when you book and we work out the rest — you do not need to know which door you come out of.
T1 — Qantas
Qantas domestic arrivals. Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board.
T2 — International
All international arrivals. We allow time to clear immigration, baggage and biosecurity before we expect you out.
T3 — Virgin Australia
Virgin Australia domestic arrivals, with the same meet-and-greet inside the terminal.
T4 — Jetstar, Rex and Link
Terminal 4 sits apart from the others and keeps its own transport hub.
A note on the 2026 changes. From 6 October 2026, pick-up for Terminals 1, 2 and 3 moves to Level 2 of the new T123 Transport Hub, reached from Exit 19 off the Tullamarine Freeway, with a five-minute limit for waiting vehicles. Terminal 4 is unchanged. None of this is your problem on the day: your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal and walks you to the car.
Melbourne Airport also requires every chauffeur and hire car service to be pre-booked, and drivers to hold current airport authority. Booking ahead is not just convenient — at this airport it is the only way a private car can collect you.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight. Your chauffeur's arrival time is adjusted to your actual landing time, so a delay won't leave you without a ride.
Where will my driver meet me at Melbourne Airport?

Do you provide child seats?
