Can I get a quote before I book?

How is the price calculated?
We provide an all-inclusive, fixed quote up front — tolls and GST included, with no hidden fees or surge pricing. Choose a set point-to-point fare or hire a vehicle by the hour.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfer. Your fare is agreed before you travel, so there are no surprises at the end of the trip.
Can I hire a vehicle by the hour?
Absolutely. Our hourly (as-directed) service keeps a chauffeur and vehicle at your disposal for the booked time — ideal for business days, events, shopping or multi-stop itineraries.

Do you offer airport transfers?

What vehicles are in your fleet?
Our fleet includes the Kia Carnival, Toyota Alphard, Mercedes-Benz V-Class and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — from premium people-movers to a VIP lounge and group minibus. See them all on our Our Fleet page.
How many passengers and bags can you carry?
It depends on the vehicle: the Kia Carnival and V-Class seat up to 7, the Alphard up to 6 in lounge comfort, and the Sprinter carries 11+. Tell us your group size and luggage and we will match you to the right vehicle.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — baby capsules and booster seats are available on request. Just let us know the children’s ages when you book so we can fit the right seat.
