How Booking Works

Payment

• Payment in full is required to confirm a booking.
• Major credit cards and bank transfer accepted.
• Quoted prices are all-inclusive — tolls and GST included, no surge pricing.
• A private day tour normally runs 10–12 hours. If the day runs longer, the extra time is charged at the vehicle's hourly rate.

Day tours are quoted per day, not per hour. Time beyond the agreed tour length is charged at your vehicle's hourly rate, which is confirmed in writing with your quote. Hourly chauffeur bookings have a three-hour minimum.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours before pick-up — free cancellation.
• Within 24 hours of pick-up — 50% of the fare is charged.
• Tours run in all weather.
• If a tour cannot go ahead on the day because of an official closure, we reschedule it at no cost.
• To change a date, a pick-up time or an itinerary, contact us as early as you can and we will work with the schedule we have.

Child Seats

• Baby capsules and booster seats are supplied free of charge, on request.
• Tell us how many children are travelling and their ages when you book, so the right seats are fitted before pick-up rather than at the kerb.
• Seats are fitted in advance and are included in the quoted price.

Luggage

Vehicles are matched to the number of people travelling and how much they are carrying. When you request a quote, tell us the group size and roughly what luggage you have — suitcases, cabin bags, prams, sports gear — and we assign a vehicle that takes all of it, or add a second vehicle where that is the better answer.

• Mercedes-Benz CLA 200 — sedan, for couples travelling light.
• Toyota Alphard, Toyota Alphard 40, Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Kia Carnival — people movers for families and small groups.
• Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — the largest vehicle in the fleet, for bigger groups and heavier luggage.

Oversized items such as prams, golf bags, skis and surfboards can be carried. Mention them when you book so the right vehicle is assigned from the start.

What's Included

Every booking includes

• A private vehicle and a professional chauffeur — your group only, never shared.
• Tolls and GST, inside one fixed price quoted before you book.
• Child seats on request, at no charge.
• Public liability insurance. Drivers are background-checked.

Airport transfers also include

• Flight tracking, so a delayed landing does not cost you the car.
• Name-board meet and greet in the arrivals hall.
• Complimentary waiting time.
• Melbourne (Tullamarine) and Avalon airports.

Private day tours do not include

• Entry tickets, winery tastings and activity fees.
• Meals and drinks.

You pay entry fees and meals directly on the day, so you choose where you eat and what you spend. We book tables and tastings in advance on your behalf where you want us to.
